繼 Pixel 6a 消息要到 7月才會在多個國家上市後，Pixel Watch 也被指會在5月預告，要到10月才會正式發佈。
Pixel 7 系列同時發佈
Google Pixel Watch 今年初越來越多消息，不過與 Pixel 6a 延至7月同一來源指 Google 在5月舉行的 Google I/O 大會只會預告 Google Pixel Watch，很大機會與 Wear OS 系統有關，始終 Google I/O 2022 大會都是以軟件相關為主。至於 Google Pixel Watch 則會到 10月 Pixel 7的新產品發佈會一同發佈，預期今年年中開始會看到其他廠商採用新 Wear OS 的新穿戴式裝置或智能手錶。
